With a total of 19 new tools added to the standard endmill range CZS with increases to the flute lengths available for each diameter of tool the whole flexibility of UNION TOOL’S offerings in this high performance range are tremendously increased. The unique endface design enables fast plunging feedrates in steel with a long tool life.

The HARD MAX coated HLS range is particularly accepted in toolmakers because of the combination of diameter size, flute length and clearance length e.g. a 1 mm diameter tool has 10 different clearance lengths to a maximum of 30 mm especially for deep ribs. Having a capability to machine hardened steel of 65HRC.

The C-CHES two and four fluted range is TiAlN coated enable economic performance with long tool life in a wide variety of ferrous materials.
