Square Endmills

The NEW four flute HLS range (1 to 12 mm dia) includes variable tooth spacing and flute geometry for improved machining performance for a variety of steels up to 65HRC while the NEW AZS is specifically designed for superb performance cutting Aluminium and non ferrous materials.

Complimenting the 4 flute HLS range the 2 flute HLS series with HARD MAX coating is particularly accepted in toolmakers because of the combination of diameter size, flute length and clearance length e.g. a 1 mm diameter tool has 10 different clearance lengths to a maximum of 30 mm especially for deep ribs.

With a total of 19 new tools added to the standard endmill range CZS with increases to the flute lengths available for each diameter of tool the whole flexibility of UNION TOOL’S offerings in this high performance range are tremendously increased. The unique endface design enables fast plunging feedrates in steel with a long tool life.

The C-CHES two and four fluted range is TiAlN coated enable economic performance with long tool life in a wide variety of ferrous materials.
