KERN EVO ULTRA Precision Machining Centre

The KERN EVO machine has a number of major differences compared to the KERN Micro machine including:

• Bigger working area 300 x 280 mm
• Higher powered spindle 6.4KW
• Faster feedrates up to 16 m/min
• Larger tool magazine (32 tools as standard) increasing up to 95 tools
• Can be fitted with either integral or external workpiece changing systems

All machines in the UK and Ireland have 4th/5th axis tables to overcome some of the work holding and machining problems associated with micro machining. Other accessories available include, BLUM laser tool measuring systems and RENISHAW or M&H component probing systems.

A HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 control system enhances the capabilities available.
