IN STOCK in England, we have every drill from 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm in 10 micron increments, and from 1 mm to 3 mm in 50 micron increments. To drill small holes the drill needs to be running concentrically and UNION TOOL drills all have shanks held to a five micron tolerance to ensure the concentricity. This combined with a 150° drill point and TiAlN coating offer solutions to customers with small hole problems (including trying not to make burrs).

Drill diameter range:
0.1 to 2.0mm are available in 0.01mm increments - 2.0 to 3.0mm are available in 0.05mm increments.

Centre drill range available in the following sizes:
0.5, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.25 mm diameter pilots with 3.15 mm bodies
1.6 and 2.0 mm diameter pilots with 4 and 5 mm bodies respectively
