DECKEL SO and SOE Single Lip Cutter Grinders

With more than 50,000 machines sold world wide the Deckel SO and SOE machines are market leaders for the production of single lip cutters.

With the refinements added since the start of the new millenium such as the 20 times magnification microscope, dust exhaust system and rotating handle the ease of operation and accuracy to which cutters can now be ground cannot be surpassed.

As well as grinding single lip cutters these machines can also grind:

• Endfaces of endmills up to 4 flutes
• Drills between 3 and 18 mm diameter
• Punches
• Lathe tools and carbide inserts

The collet capacity is from 0.5 mm to 18 mm diameter with inch sizes on request. For lathe tools a special tool holder with a capacity of 20 mm is available.

Medium and fine grit grinding wheels (Borazon or Diamond) as well as standard Aluminium oxide wheels further enhance the capabilities
