DECKEL Centricators

Popular in the market place for their accuracy and robustness the Deckel range of Centricators have stood the test of time with more than 50 years of demand. Even when cheaper competitors’ models come and go the Deckel Centricator has remained.

There are 5 basic models CO (.01 mm - Standard and .002 mm - Precision), C111 (.01 mm - Standard and .002 mm - Precision) and the more recent CO-S.

CO-S is the budget price standard production centering tester with an integral 16 mm cylindrical shank and a 0.01 mm reading dial indicator.

The CO range can have either a 0.01 mm or .002 mm reading metric dial indicator or in special production an inch graduated dial indicator.

The C111 range with a larger capacity than the CO is also equipped with a 0.01 mm or .002 mm reading metric dial indicator, (or inch).

Both the CO and C111 ranges have interchangeable shanks and customers can choose from a variety of shanks including cylindrical, ISO30, 40, 45 and 50, or even morse taper.

Centricators are not used solely on milling machines and machining centres but also on lathes for ensuring the tailstock is aligned with the spindle, and sliding head machines to align the main and sub-spindle particularly after crashes.
